Dr Bernstein has an efficient office staff. The tech who took vitals and drew my blood was friendly and professional. He even got my vein on the first try, which is something others have had difficulty with. Dr. Bernstein takes the time to talk about any concerns I have. The only reason I had to wait this time was that I had gotten there early. Also I have been able to get appointments with him at a time that is convenient for me.
