“I have been a patient of Joy Internal for several years and here's why: From the moment I reach the door, I am greeted by the staff and attended to. There's never a long line and I have seldom had to wait longer than 3 minutes before being attended to. The atmosphere is warm, the background music is soothing and within moments I am escorted down the hall to the checkin area (where my vitals are taken.) I am able to share my medical concerns with ease. The staff is discrete and professional, so your ailment is kept private. The nurses/doctors are great listeners and even better investigators, knowing when to probe further to identify the root cause of the problem. When needed, they also recommend specific lab testing, which can be collected onsite. My health has improved since I've been under their care and that's what I find to be a true sign of a good practice! ”

This was just my second time seeing Dr. Sara at the Edgewater office. Both times are great! She's very gentle and patient with great communication. I'd recommend my friends to come. And there was barely waiting time.
