I completed my check-in online, at home, it took me 5 minutes. Received by friendly staff, no wait time. Got to see Dr. Kim right away, in his office. Dr. Kim patiently listened and heard everything I said. Very knowledgable , he helped me better understand my options. Dr. Kim did not make me feel rushed at any point.
