I showed up for a gastro consultation with Cynthia in severe pain within hours of leaving the ER due to a severe colon infection as the hospital staff had told me they couldn't do anything to handle specific tummy issues. Not only was Cynthia professional, calm, cool and collected with answering questions, she directed me back to another ER close by immediately and took the time to make sure that the ER staff was aware of my situation upon arrival, saving further stress and pain during an extremely stressful time. She also took the time to reach out to her colleague at the hospital to ensure that he checked in on me during my hospitalization this past weekend.
