He was very attentive, did not rush and took the time to ask detail questions. The only down side is the exam he recommended needs insurance approval. So I wasn’t able to get full work up and have to return for test when insurance approves. That was annoying.
Dr. Dokko was through, asked questions, and cared. Too often I feel like doctors are in a rush to get me out the door after 45 seconds together. I highly recommend Dr. Dokko.

The Dr was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all of my questions. His assistant, who I'm sorry, I forget her name, she was great as well. Spent time talking to me and answeeing my questions.
I had a visit with Dr. Aranova, and she was helpful at finding preventative treatments for my chronic migraines. She also ran tests the same day to find the source of the changes in my migraines. Really great at listening to your problems, and finding the best path for you to get well.

Dr. Harden herself was great. She was patient and she really was thorough. My ophthalmologist called her with an urgent matter and she called me herself to schedule. If she has any other locations I’d see her there because the 14th street location is horrible. (Has no reflection on the doctor herself.) Dr. Harden sent me for an MRI and a CTA. I needed prior authorization for the CTA and a member of her staff, named Jennifer, told NYU that she didn’t have the time to do it. When I called my insurance I was told they were waiting for a fax from them and that they had started the prior authorization 1 hour before I called. Absolutely ridiculous. As I work for a doctor I know that PA’s need to be done at least 2 days in advance because insurance can take time to approve or deny. Then when I called the office to speak to Jennifer she caught an attitude yelled “oh my god” and slammed down the phone. Another staff member helped me and completed my prior authorization although I still had to reschedule my CTA. I’ve had the results from NYU for a week and still waiting for someone to review the results. But don’t call the office. They don’t answer and their voicemail is full. Again Dr.Harden is fantastic but the staff can drive patients away quick.
His support staff was awesome, even though they had scheduled the wrong date for my appointment. The fact that I had several tests there helped alot.

But I can vouch for all the medical assistances and Doctors.. that they try their best to help you get the best service possible. I came across many medical assistances, I recall two names Ashley, Tanya, many more.. were great help to me and my mom. Extremely nice and informative! Thanks again for ur hard working.
