I wish he would of told me my insurance didn’t cover the mri before I got there I didn’t get to type of medication they basically did nothing I’m still in pain
Well once again if you don't like Doctors office's that make you wait for 5 hours just for a regular office visit. Don't book an appointment with Dr Tikoo. The office is a ZOO! You will wait at least 3 to 4 every and anytime you visit Dr. Tikoo. To say he Overbooks would be a huge Understatement!

Dr. Bronfin was so professional and helpful. She really made sure to be thorough in her testing, while still listening to me and taking everything I had to say very seriously. This was probably the most professional doctor's appointment I've ever had. I really felt respected and taken care of. The rest of her staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire process was very seamless.

Dr. Saremsky is extremely thorough and professional and explains everything without being the least bit condescending. He is obviously doing what he is meant to do. The front office staff are also friendly, which is the proverbial icing on the cake.

If we could ever say that a visit at a doctors office is great, then this is the time. Not only that I was seen by a doctor on the exact time of my appointment but also the doctor was on point and professional, overall great experience. I left the office very satisfied. On top of all of that I was surprised that the doctor reached out to me in the evening via email to ask how I feel. Few days later I received another email. I have to say that I've never experienced such care before. I recommend this doctor highly!
Dr Micic was very welcoming, knowledgeable and informative. She took the time and did a thorough medical history for my child and family and recommended further testing. She did not judge my child. She made my child feel very comfortable and I appreciate that. The only complaint is her front desk staff , they were not welcoming, as a new patient they did not smile, I saw one on the internet shopping and over heard them talking about another employee, so they just need a little front desk etiquette. Overall Dr Micic was awesome.

Great office, great staff, great doctor.
Dr. Harden herself was great. She was patient and she really was thorough. My ophthalmologist called her with an urgent matter and she called me herself to schedule. If she has any other locations I’d see her there because the 14th street location is horrible. (Has no reflection on the doctor herself.) Dr. Harden sent me for an MRI and a CTA. I needed prior authorization for the CTA and a member of her staff, named Jennifer, told NYU that she didn’t have the time to do it. When I called my insurance I was told they were waiting for a fax from them and that they had started the prior authorization 1 hour before I called. Absolutely ridiculous. As I work for a doctor I know that PA’s need to be done at least 2 days in advance because insurance can take time to approve or deny. Then when I called the office to speak to Jennifer she caught an attitude yelled “oh my god” and slammed down the phone. Another staff member helped me and completed my prior authorization although I still had to reschedule my CTA. I’ve had the results from NYU for a week and still waiting for someone to review the results. But don’t call the office. They don’t answer and their voicemail is full. Again Dr.Harden is fantastic but the staff can drive patients away quick.

No BS. Straight to the point and gave me all the information I needed quickly and efficiently. Called me back that very day with the results on an MRI he ordered and explained how to proceed.

In an age of efficiency and algorithms dictating the length of a patient's appt, it was refreshing and comforting to find a doctor who took an extensive amount of time for a thorough conversation and assessment.
