Dr. Sha went above and beyond my expectations. I went to him with an unusual circumstance, one he readily admitted that he had not seen before. After a thorough exam and referral for an MRI to assist in his diagnosis, he immediately called me when the MRI results came back. We openly discussed treatment options. He sought the opinion of another doctor as this was something "new" to him. He encouraged me to keep him updated via email with photos of my condition. It has been 5 days and we did make one change in the treatment plan. Knowing that Dr. Sha was so concerned and making himself available to me was most comforting.
