Before going with Dr. Chynn, I did extensive research ranging from lasik to prk and in different locations (I'm from VA), however at the end of the day, I still chose to get the procedure done here. Amongst Dr. Chynn's credentials and experience, there were also several reasons that steered me back. One of the most important was the safeness of the procedure-- I already have dry eyes and severe halos, I don't need anymore, and this procedure would completely eliminate them. In addition, to take care of my dry eye situation, I came in for punctual plugs (which didnt do much for me), but then again for them to cauterize my lower tear ducts. All of this was easy and (almost) painless, but most importantly, they took initiative to take care of my problems before the procedure. Another perk is that their finance guy, Tarek, will work with you to find ways to reduce the cost if necessary! I'm scheduled for my procedure in the next couple weeks! Wish me luck!
