I had two polar opposite experiences at my appointment. Dr. McDonough was professional and what I would expect from a doctor. He was clear and took the time to answer my questions. However, the walls in the actual facility are very thin and the proximity to the waiting area allowed everyone to hear the private conversation between Dr McDonough and myself. What made matters worse is the very unprofessional behavior of one of the administrative staff members who was constantly visually and audibly annoyed at having to answer calls and process paperwork. It's has been more than a day and more than 3 phone calls to this facility (waited on hold for at least 15 minutes each time) and still my prescription has not been electronically sent to CVS.
