Professional. Put me at ease. Explained his diagnosis and care plan. Highly recommended.

Dr. Khanna was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He was very attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed my visit. The doctor was wonderful and I would recommend him.

Outstanding

Great!

Doctor Colon was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, clearly explained the issue, and never made me feel rushed. It was an actual two-way conversation that led to an action plan and to me feeling confident that I would get better. I was pleasantly surprised that there are still doctors like this (especially in the New York area). Thank you so much, Dr. Colon! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The receptionist was amazing and called my insurance to make sure I was covered. The wait time was around 30 minutes which I wasn't very pleased with. Some of the equipment was a tad old looking.

Dr. Berman was fantastic -- great bedside manner and very informative. Put me immediately at ease. The wait time was the only issue I had with it. Otherwise, it was a good experience all around.

Dr. Hillelsohn was very professional, speedy, and helpful during my visit!

He made me feel comfortable and secure in his office. I really appreciated that he talked me through what was going on. He also has a great sense of humor!

Super helpful, knowledgeable, thorough understanding and actually listens

Dr Heyman, was excellent and explained everything. High recomended.

Great doctor!! He is the most caring, patient and warm physician. A wonderful bedside manner. He helped me figure out what many other urologists couldn’t, by avoiding unnecessary tests and a keen knowledge that made the correct diagnosis. All doctors should be like Dr Kaplan. Highly recommend.

The wait time was more than one hour the first time and during the follow up visit I left after an hour and twenty minutes. Good doctor but I don't have time for these long waits and am finding another one.

Well spoken, intelligent and informative.

Overall disappointing. Had the apt I booked on Zocdoc (end of day) moved twice to middle of the afternoon. I then called directly to reschedule for a suitable time, and managed to get a 9:30 slot, but this was UES so much farther than where I had booked on Zocdoc. A very matter of fact style, an unexpected physical, and some confusion regarding whether private or insurance-accepting testing clinics had any major differences in quality.

Dr ficazzola is an excellent doctor, very kind and helpful

Very good experience . Dr Larish took his time to listen to all my concerns and put together a plane for my recovery.

The doctor and his staff were wonderful, but the wait time was long. Worth the wait, though.
