I have years of experience working with a variety of populations and ages. If you are interested in using art as a healing tool in therapy, please reach out. You do not need to be an artist to engage in art therapy – the emphasis is on the process, not the product. Hesitant about engaging in the creative process? That’s okay too! Again, I meet you where you are at – I don’t pressure anyone into using art therapy in sessions, and you are always free to change your mind. I have experience in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut, as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts. I received both my BS and MA degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Specialization in Art Therapy from Lesley University.
