I am dedicated to working with various underserved communities such as LGBTQ+, immigrants, neurodivergent individuals, and racial/cultural minorities. I have diverse experience supporting teens to older adults who struggle with mood disorders like depression and various forms of anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions and adaptation, eating disorders, family conflict, LGBTQ+ issues, complex trauma, political unrest, racial and cultural trauma, and grief. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the City University of New York, Baruch College, and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, Purchase.

By providing a nonjudgmental environment, I utilize empathy, patience, and encouragement to empower clients through healing and self-discovery. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, hoping to guide clients to a more in-depth connection to themselves and gain agency over their lives despite the challenges they face

I believe anyone can change, regardless of how they started in life. You do not have to feel defined or restrained by your mistakes, past, disorders, flaws, or family.
