Getting to know Tiffany Kehoe

Absolutely — here’s a fresher, more eye-catching Zocdoc statement with a different feel: **Professional Statement for Zocdoc** Life can look “fine” from the outside while feeling overwhelming, disconnected, or exhausting on the inside. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, stress, burnout, or major life changes, therapy can help you slow down, make sense of what is happening, and find a healthier way forward. I work with individuals, couples, and teens who want support that feels genuine, practical, and easy to connect with. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I am not a therapist who just nods silently for an hour — I like to help clients identify patterns, understand what is getting in the way, and build tools they can actually use outside of session. I use approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed therapy, attachment-based work, and solution-focused therapy. I also have experience supporting clients with communication struggles, emotional regulation, self-esteem, intimacy concerns, betrayal trauma, and high-stress lifestyles. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, supported through difficult moments, and encouraged to make meaningful changes at a pace that feels realistic for you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that my style is warm, down-to-earth, and practical. I want therapy to feel comfortable and real, while still being focused on helping you make progress. I take a collaborative approach, which means we will work together to understand what is bringing you in, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools that fit your life outside of session. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed care, attachment-based work, and solution-focused therapy. You can expect sessions to be conversational, supportive, and honest. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and understood, while also helping you move toward meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each person I work with. In the first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you’d like to change. I’ll ask questions to get a full picture of your experiences, patterns, relationships, and any past treatment, but it’s always a conversation—not an interrogation. From there, we’ll create a plan together based on your goals. Sessions are active and engaging. We’ll talk through current challenges, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work on practical strategies you can use between sessions. I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, along with trauma-informed and relational approaches, to help you better manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. For clients working through trauma, we move at a pace that feels manageable, focusing on building stability and coping skills first. For couples, sessions often focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and understanding underlying dynamics. When appropriate, I also incorporate sex therapy to address intimacy and connection. A typical session is a mix of processing what’s going on in your life and actively working toward change. You’ll leave with insight, but also with concrete tools or perspectives to try outside of session. Overall, my goal is to make therapy feel useful, supportive, and grounded in real-life change—not just something you attend, but something that genuinely helps you move forward.

She sent me the wrong link and then without warning canceled and charged for the appointment instantly, and discharged the patient saying it wasn’t a good fit.

Very professional and prompt. Gives great ways of dealing with the situations im going thru and understands my point of view while giving me helpful criticism
I can’t say enough good things about Tiffany. She has been an incredible source of support during some of the hardest moments of my life. Her compassion, patience, and ability to truly listen made me feel understood and safe. Because of her guidance, I’ve grown stronger and more confident in ways I didn’t think were possible. I’m so grateful to have found someone so dedicated and genuinely caring. Tiffany is very accommodating when I have an emergency. She ensures that I get rescheduled to make sure I'm ok. I highly recommend Tiffany. Anyone who is receives assistance from her is very fortunate.
Tiffany is able to be both supportive of your situation, and productive in assisting with your healing journey. She has helped me through a lot in the last two years and I truly believe that she helped me to acknowledge my “dents in the armor” and buffer them out. She doesn’t offer a “magic pill” solution, but rather helps you understand your feelings, beliefs, traumas, etc. to be better prepared for life going forward.
I’ve seen Tiffany for years, that should show how good she really is. She’s incredibly caring and is so flexible. I have a crazy job and whenever I needed to move times or dates she had zero issue with it. She legitimately got me through the toughest part of my life and words cannot describe how great she was and grateful I am. I HIGHLY recommend Tiffany to anyone who needs help either be a little bit or significantly more.
