My therapy sessions are focused on serving as a support and guide to my clients while creating a non-judgmental setting to allow my clients the ability to express themselves freely. I collaboratively work together with my client in achieving their desired goals. My passion is to help my client recognize their strengths and to promote self-empowerment.
