I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from The University of Buffalo, and experience in providing individual and group therapy for mental health and addiction, as well as professional development. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, with a focus on women's issues and BIPOC. I utilize a mixture of evidence-based therapies in my practice. I believe all individuals have the inner strength to navigate the various challenges life can throw their way. I find it rewarding to work with adults to develop personal insight and learn.
