What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support and practical tools to help you heal, rebuild, and rediscover your strength. As a trained EMDR therapist, I guide clients in processing painful experiences, reducing distress, and building resilience. My goal is to support lasting recovery and emotional well-being. I use a person-centered, integrative approach that tailors each session to your unique needs, combining evidence-based interventions with warmth and authenticity. In our first few sessions, we’ll explore your story, your current challenges, and the goals that matter most to you so together, we can start moving toward the life you deserve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I know life can feel overwhelming, and it may be difficult to know where to start, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to listen, support, and help you build resilience. Together, we can create a path toward healing and growth. In your first session we will explore your history, present stressors, and goals for therapy. Using a holistic approach, we will then begin to progress toward those goals while fostering a space of resilience and growth.
