My primary focus is to offer comprehensive and effective, high-quality,
holistic and integrated mental health care to my clients.
Aggie is a graduate of the Northwestern University Mental Health Counseling Master’s program, prior to which she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a nationally certified and state-licensed LPC clinician in Colorado. Aggie is EMDR trained and she speaks fluent Polish.
Aggie grew up with a family member struggling with schizophrenia, which led to her passion for mental health and her desire to help others who are struggling. Aggie’s personal experiences also created genuine concern for others and a desire to help people work through their pain, both physical and emotional.
When she is not focusing on her work, Aggie’s second passion is traveling. Her love of travel is fueled by her strong desire to study human nature, since Aggie finds meeting people from all over the world to be one of the most rewarding and memorable aspects of traveling, almost as rewarding as assisting her clients during their own incredible and powerful mind-body, self-discovery, and healing journey.
Since moving to Colorado in 2018, Aggie has been working in private practice, providing mental health counseling at Mind Balance Counseling and Amber Counseling, as well as recently opening her own private practice - Power of Mind Counseling.
Aggie specialize in working with depression, anxiety and related disorders, PTSD, trauma, chronic pain, anger management, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship issues, addictions, as well as life transition challenges and personal growth.
Aggie values providing a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere to support clients in discovering healthier and happier versions of themselves. Aggie integrates creativity, humor and resourcefulness, along with practical solutions and concrete goals.
