I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor serving individuals in Colorado, Indiana, Michigan and Texas. I'm passionate about expanding access to meaningful, high-quality mental health care for all. With experience in both clinical and school-based settings, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship challenges, vocational stress and life transitions. I also bring specialized training in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) as a Certified First Responder Counselor, helping the responder community and their loved ones manage the unique demands and culture of the field while building resilience, balance and long-term well-being. I am an affirming and client-centered therapist; I strive to meet each individual exactly where they are. Together, we identify their strengths, barriers and goals. By developing coping strategies, practicing skills between sessions, and steadily building resilience, individuals discover that incremental changes can lead to rewarding breakthroughs in their lives.
