More about Aimee Bitzel, PT, DPT, MS
Aimee earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Delaware, where she also received her Master’s degree in Anatomy and Clinical Health Science. Prior to receiving her Doctorate, She attended the University of Delaware and received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.
Throughout her Doctoral program and clinical affiliations, Aimee had the opportunity to work with a multitude of patient populations including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient neurology & geriatrics, and outpatient sports & orthopedics. These experiences have not only enhanced Aimee’s knowledge of functional movement, manual therapy and the overall rehabilitation process, but have driven her passion towards helping her patients reach their goals. She strives to stay up to date with the constantly evolving field of physical therapy so she can provide her patients with the best level of care.
Aimee grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and is excited to begin exploring New York City. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting new neighborhoods, exercising, hiking, and researching/trying new restaurants.
