I submitted all my information at the time of booking, but the front desk failed to verify my insurance prior to my appointment, so when I showed up on Saturday (coming all the way from Brooklyn), they offered me the option to either pay out of pocket to be seen today or wait until Monday for them to call my insurance, let me know if it would cover the service, then book another appointment next week. Why could they not have made this call prior to my appointment?! They also seemed to have no context on my appointment and asked me what service I was here for, how I booked the appointment, etc. Are they not reviewing appointments booked through ZocDoc?? I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Zalpuri since she is so highly rated, but I do not trust this staff to handle my information and will not be returning.

They were really nice people, I was seen right way. The person that gave me my massage was so nice and gentle- they listened to everything I had to say. I went super early, I got there at 9:55 (my appointment was at 10:30) and was in in a room by 10:10. I was out of there by 11, the massage was so nice that I wish I could say there for 2 more hours!
