Hello! I am an experienced therapist with special interests working with Maternal Mental Health/Post-Partum Related Issues, Eating Disorders, Adult ADHD, and Trauma. I also have special interest helping clients work through effects of Toxic Family Dynamics, and Adult Children of Substance Abuse parental figures.
I am empathetic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, and will meet you exactly where you are at the start of our therapeutic relationship. Whether you're predominantly looking for support or structure to address your issues and/or symptoms, I will adapt to your unique and specific needs. I have experience working with a wide range of Mental Disorders and Clinical Issues.
I've treated Depressive, Bipolar, Psychotic, Thought, Anxiety, Eating, Personality, Suicidality, Chemical Dependency, and Trauma Disorders on both inpatient and outpatient units. I strongly believe each individual is greater than the sum of their parts- a disposition guiding my practice. I use a strengths-based, Eclectic model to tailor treatment with clients.
Therapy is most effective when you are ready, open, and motivated.
