Strong relationships between individuals, couples, and families are the foundation of healthy interactions in life. Pursuing therapy can feel anxiety-provoking for some and empowering for others. After deciding to pursue therapy, the next important step is finding the right therapist fit for you. My goal is to provide a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, and families of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
I use a holistic-integrative approach tailored to individual needs and personal circumstances. Life is full of challenges, but I can guide you to develop resiliency, helping you manage life’s demands, improve your quality of life, adapt to change, and cope with symptoms.
I have experience working with people affected by ADHD, Bipolar Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive, Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders, Somatic Symptom, Impulse-Control and Conduct Disorders, Sexual Dysfunctions, parental skills, and transitional cycles.
I have been practicing psychotherapy in the United States since 2013 and offer my services in English and Spanish. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Long Island University, Purchase.
