Hello! I’m a Resident in Counseling who believes therapy should feel like a genuine partnership. I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach to help you explore what matters most, set meaningful goals, and move toward change at a pace that feels right for you. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master’s in Divinity, which enhances my ability to explore spirituality and religious or spiritual trauma when relevant. I’m also a Certified Grief Educator with several years of experience supporting individuals and families through grief and loss.
As a bi-racial immigrant clinician, I use a culturally affirming, social justice-oriented approach to support your mental health in the context of your lived experiences. Grounded in empathy and respect, I strive to create a space where we can explore what matters most to you, dismantle stigmas, and move at a pace that feels right for your growth.
I enjoy working with teens and young adults, and have experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients and those facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates CBT, Motivational Interviewing & trauma-informed care. I bring empathy, curiosity & respect to support your growth, healing, and self-discovery.
