I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 7 years of experience in counseling. My approach to counseling is warm, compassionate, empathetic, and client-centered. I have worked in residential and outpatient settings, as well as in private practice settings. While my passion is helping those who have experienced trauma and crises, I also have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the following areas: anger management, family conflict, depression, stress, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, problem-solving, and adjustment issues. While my preferred approach is Cognitive-Behavior therapy, I understand that not all approaches are universal, and am flexible in my approach.
