am a Clinical Social Work Associate in Oregon. I have a Bachelor's in Philosophy from Cal Poly Pomona and a Master's in Social Work from Walla Walla University. My professional experience includes working in residential centers with adolescents, working in the school and community setting, and doing clinical assessments for adults.
My theoretical background comes from virtue ethics, Buddhism, and evolutionary psychology. I will focus on establishing a trusting and validating relationship with my clients to support their healing process. Currently, I am providing Tele-health therapy utilizing skills and knowledge from Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
