I’m a licensed therapist in Maryland with 15 years of experience helping adults, teens, and veterans overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use addictions, grief, and co-occurring disorders. Using a client-centered, strength-based approach, and holistic approach with Christian counseling principles, I guide clients toward emotional healing, resilience, and renewed purpose.
