Hi, I’m Amanda Simpson and I am looking forward to working with you!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor that has been in the counseling field for seven years. I am experienced working with a variety of ages, including children as young as three years old through adults. I have found that I have two “sweet spots.” The first is working with children from ages 4 to 10 years old dealing with emotional dysregulation including anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders and those experiencing behavioral issues and Autism. The second is adults ages 18 years old and up dealing with anxiety, depression, transitional issues, grief, and trauma issues.
I meet my clients where they are, assist them with learning more about their mental health issues, and teach coping skills to decrease their struggles while improving their quality of life.
