“Amy has been such a helpful resource in the short time we've been working together. I really like her science/research-based approach to addressing my issues. I've already experienced tremendous improvement in my symptoms as Amy has helped me to become more aware of the brain-to-gut axis, and has given me information and strategies to leverage that connection to slow and even stop triggering of the vagus nerve from anxiety or caffeine.”
