Hi there, I'm Amy!
Life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward. I believe therapy is a space for healing, reflection, and growth — a place where you can feel truly heard and supported. My goal is to help you understand your experiences, build resilience, and rediscover a sense of balance and hope as you move toward lasting change.
My approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor offering therapy to adults and teens across Texas through secure telehealth sessions. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
My focus
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and work through what’s getting in the way of feeling grounded and fulfilled. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I draw from evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, while keeping our work client-centered and trauma-informed.
