My therapeutic style is very intentional. My goal is that you walk away from each session with newfound hope and a plan for practicing change. During our first session, I will listen to your needs and discuss potential barriers to developing a realistic goal that works for your busy life.

I enjoy working with adults and teens. My expertise includes a wide range of skills to address anxiety, depression, interpersonal struggles, and more.
