Welcome! My name is Andrew Einolf, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of mental health. With extensive experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, addiction, marital distress and other challenges, I am committed to supporting people of all ages on their journey to healing and improvement. In the first part of my career, I was a Fifth Grade Teacher and then a school administrator. This background has provided me with a unique perspective on the challenges that individuals face at different stages of life. My transition to mental health therapy was driven by a deep passion for making a more direct impact on the well-being of others. I have worked in hospital, public health, and private mental health settings supporting clients struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
I firmly believe that life can be better, and I have witnessed this transformation in countless clients. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a steadfast commitment to your personal growth. Whether you are dealing with a specific issue or looking for guidance in achieving a more balanced and fulfilling life, I am here to support you every step of the way.
