Andrew has over 16 years of experience in group and individual psychotherapy - first at Four Winds Hospital, then in private practice. Having received extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Andrew helps his clients to learn skills to tolerate distress, regulate emotions, effectively interact with others, and how to be in the moment. His private practice focuses on stress management, anxiety, depression, stress reduction, anger management, and conflict resolution.
