The counselor was very helpful. Very understanding. Explained things extremely well. I feel like I can actually overcome my problems. Given enough time. And instruction. I really hope I don't need to take medicine for my problem. But if they advise such I might consider it. Because the problem is in my brain. But I'm kind of hoping I can control this without medication. She was very kind very helpful and very understanding.
