In our work together, I create a space for you to process, be heard without judgment, and increase your progress toward your goals as you define them.
Treatment techniques differ but generally include examining core beliefs about yourself and others that drive perception and behavior habits.
In normalizing and allowing for the appropriate human experiences of grief, anger, envy, sadness, and fear, relief is usually found. Determining your sensitivities and discovering how to navigate life’s terms while embracing who you are is a sincere challenge.
In trying new ways to challenge and redefine yourself, you will find there is hope in seeking a guide when lost. Change can happen. Practiced trauma treatment and addiction and mood disorders; I have been treating for 20 years and have studied in the field for 30 years. I look forward to working with you.
