My primary focus is improving emotional regulation, improving relationships, increasing selfesteem, and achieving personal growth. I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to no longer want to go on with life. I also know what it feels like to finally be out of the hole l was in and to feel whole again. I know how difficult it is to ask for help, but its also the best decision one can make.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
