Extremely worthwhile. Many infrequently used muscles, tendons, etc. were called upon to work. Although this can be slightly painful, it is obviously helping in the long term.

My therapist listened carefully to my concerns. He was "hands-on" in evaluating my problem and in treating it. In the strengthening exercises he was careful not to overstress my injury.
