My name is Dr. Ann Viviano. I am a cognitive behavior therapist who has been in clinical practice for 30+ years. I have experience working with men, women, couples, and LGBGTQ+ clients.

I use cognitive behavior therapy and a solutions-oriented approach.

I work with women, men LGBTQ+ clients of any age.

I am not formal and I usually have a conversation with my clients. I also ask a lot of questions at the beginning.
My journey to therapy
When I was in High School I took a test to determine what careers matched my interests. The results were archeologist, detective, and psychologist. I was interested in archeology but didn't want to spend my life dusting off stones. I was interested in exploring the unknown and solving problems so Psychology was my choice
