Anna was amazing! I have seen therapists for years and after 1 appointment a ton of weight my shoulders. Her help and input is brilliant, loving and leads to a whole new outlook on life in my opinion.

Anna is extremely professional and very kind. She has a unique talent for being able to key into the issues that I am having trouble with at that moment. The time I spend talking to her flies by and I find myself wishing it would not end. The techniques she uses are quite subtle yet the changes they bring are indeed powerful.

I had a really helpful series of sessions with Anna. She was very insightful and I found that the questions she posed got to the heart of what I was seeking guidance on. With a previous therapist I felt often I was spending half the session discussing how my week went, whereas with Anna she forced me to immediately focus on really important issues. More to the point, she asked me to look at how my own behavior was creating some of the problems I thought I was trying to avoid. And to understand some behavior of those around me. Always in a kind understanding way. Challenging without being harsh.
