I am offering support for clients who have a history of anxiety, young professional stress, immigrant/women's issues, and depression. Some prevalent themes might include clients who value exploration of identity and self esteem, and how race and ethnicity impacts these areas. I aim to support other BIPOC individuals in navigating their mental health. Interest in, or a willingness to try art therapy and holistic/alternative interventions a plus.
I aim to support clients in engaging in therapy at their own pace. If you have challenges with anxiety, depression, or are dealing with a recent stressor, I am here to support through utilizing talk/art/holistic interventions based on the goals you express. I also prioritize practicing with a trauma-informed lens.
If you would like to chat about what therapy looks like for you, please reach out! Initial appointment requests will be a free 15 minute consult call. After this, you are free to choose whether or not to book an initial 60 minute intake session. Please consider appointments made within 24 hours of the requested time will be subject to potential reschedule.
