I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been working in mental health for over 20 years. I have worked with people who have been diagnosed with: Bi-polar; depression; anxiety; mood disorders; PTSD; ADHD; and life-limiting medical illnesses; as well as people dealing with grief; phobias; relationship and school issues. I have worked in community; inpatient; outpatient and hospital settings. I like to utilize a variety of treatment modalities because I have found that a “one size fits all” approach to mental health; is as relatable to most people as a one size fits all bathing suit.
