Hi! My name is Anna, and I am excited to work with you. Why am I excited? Well, I enjoy listening and guiding people on their healing journey. I am honored to be in the listening chair to hear your story. I present a warm, safe environment for you to share your story. Together, we can use several tools to help you heal from the pain you are experiencing. I have a background in trauma both clinically and personally. I understand life's challenges as I navigate the world with a vision impairment (and a guide dog). I am an open book, so please feel free to ask questions. I use several approaches to help re-frame your thinking, establish a foundation for healing, and provide a map to recovery. Come and let me be the guide through your forest of trials. I look forward to meeting you.
