The world can be a confusing and noisy place.
Navigating daily life can feel overwhelming at times. Deep down, you know life can be better, but you are not sure how to make it better. Repeating the same old patterns just yields the same results. You need a game changer.
My name is Cindy Baker, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Argosy University. I have helped people for over 20 years in the areas of anxiety, stress management, and career guidance. Through working with me, you will learn mindfulness success habits, how to feel more relaxed, gain greater clarity, learn how to trust yourself, and feel more empowered, to name a few. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome old habits holding you back.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
