Welcome! My name is Anna, and I am so happy you're here.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Palo Alto University. Over the past 6 years, I have had the great privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life. Are you an ambitious woman struggling with anxiety and/or sadness? Do you have past trauma from childhood or adulthood that is haunting you, holding you back? Do you often feel stuck or triggered? Missing something or unfulfilled? Life has a way of reopening old wounds and showing us the parts of ourselves that still need healing. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow.
Regardless of the situation, I believe each person can feel empowered in their journey toward change, and I am committed to working with my clients to find their internal strength and achieve their dreams.

Anna is truly an amazing therapist and has and still is helping me overcome a lot of issues I am dealing with. I wouldnt hesitate recommending her to anyone that needs assistance with their mental health.

After years of other types of therapy, Anna has been the most helpful. It’s easy to talk and connect with her, she doesn’t shy away from digging deep and helping me understand the root of what I’m going through. Her style is very eye-opening, empowering, and healing. Very grateful to have found her as my therapist!

Personally, therapy was something I almost lost faith in. Until now, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with mental healthcare providers. Anna Wyke is the first person to ever make me feel heard and is so easy to talk to. She radiates kindness and light in the most dark places and makes healing seem possible. She’s very compassionate and the real deal.
