Hi, I’m Annette Casillas, an Associate Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting you on your path to mental well-being with empathy, collaboration, and a bit of humor. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide support that feels authentic and empowering.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families—particularly those from marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+ youth, system-involved families, and individuals with immigration or first-generation experiences. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and offer bilingual family therapy.
My approach is eclectic and client-centered, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), DBT, and attachment-based therapies. I specialize in trauma, grief, mood disorders, family conflict, intergenerational trauma, disability, identity, and major life transitions.
