Hi, I’m Annielle (Ann-yell), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience in the mental health and social work field. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, heal from trauma, strengthen self-esteem, and build healthier communication and relationships. My work is especially focused on trauma therapy, confidence and self-worth, and relationship issues.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of South Florida and bring both professional training and lived experience to the therapy space. As a trauma survivor and woman of color, I offer a grounded, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach that honors your story while helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
In my practice, I use evidence-based therapy approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness-based techniques, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused interventions (EMDR), and person-centered therapy to support meaningful and lasting change. My goal is not just to help you cope, but to truly heal, grow, and thrive.
