I believe that we as humans are naturally collaborative and adaptable beings. Some of the experiences we go through can disrupt our ability to connect with ourselves thus making it more difficult to feel fulfilled or equipped to deal with the ever changing lives we live. As a therapist, I pride myself on collaboration with you to ensure the space created is in service to your healing.
I utilize a holistic-based approach to therapy incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and narrative therapy. Through these approaches I hope to assist you in exploring how past experiences may be impacting you presently while cultivating skills to create effective changes toward the life you’d like to live.

Contact number was not accurate a random man picked up the phone and stated “This is the 10th time someone has called me asking me about this”. I was not informed of where to login for my virtual visit, I was told my insurance was accepted, No one reached out for an update and or follow up information.

Best therapist I’ve had in a long time. You will be hard pressed to find a more compassionate, knowledgeable and kind person to work with. I was in a really rough place when I first started with Anthony without getting into it too deep, but he’s helped me work through it and given me the tools to be a much happier person. I look forward to every session with him. Not to mention, one of the friendliest people you will ever meet.

Anthony is an excellent clinician. They are so patient with me and is very knowledgable about depression and anxiety. I have never been with such an affirming therapist before. I have told my friends about Anthony because of how well it has gone. I really appreciate their work ethic
