I'm not a very open person and expressing my feelings is very hard for me. After my initial appointment I felt at ease, not judged, free to feel like I can express how I feel, and listened to. She makes you feel comfortable.

I am licensed in Pennsylvania with three years of experience in counseling and fourteen years in social services, including roles as an investigator and crisis helper in individual and family services. I assist clients with stress, anxiety, addiction coping, parenting issues, and anger management.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion at all times. My goal is to help others develop hope that propels them as they transition into new ways of being.
I hold two Master of Science degrees: one in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph’s University and another in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, specializing in Diverse and Underserved Communities, from Chestnut Hill College, where I also earned my bachelor’s degree. I strongly believe that self-love is the foundation for leading successful, productive lives. I tailor our dialogue and treatment plans to meet your unique, individualized needs.
