If you feel like you’re holding everything together on the outside while falling apart inside, this space is for you. Many people arrive here saying, “I don’t know what else to do,” or “I’ve tried therapy before, but nothing changed.” Trauma, caregiving, chronic illness, and long-term stress can create a kind of stuckness that isn’t your fault. Here, you’ll find a grounded, compassionate therapist who works with people carrying complex emotional loads such as parents who never get a break, individuals managing chronic conditions, and anyone who feels their nervous system is constantly overwhelmed. Brainspotting allows you to process deeper layers of trauma and emotional pain without needing to retell everything. It helps access what feels buried, frozen, or too overwhelming to put into words. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to pretend you’re okay. You just need a place where your experience makes sense — and where relief is actually possible.

What should a new client know about working with you?

What you should know is that you will never be asked to rush your healing or push past what feels safe. Many people I work with come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to even begin talking about what’s happened. That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have the perfect words — we’ll take things one step at a time. Our work often begins by helping your nervous system settle so you can feel grounded in the room (or on screen). From there, we use Brainspotting and other somatic approaches to access the deeper places where trauma, stress, or chronic illness may be stored. This process doesn’t require you to retell every detail; it follows your internal cues and moves at a pace that feels manageable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and never alone with the hard things. You lead the process — I simply help guide your system toward relief, clarity, and strength.
