I am so happy to have the chance to work with you and/or your child.
My style of therapy is encouraging, supportive, and compassionate. I appreciate clients who are honest with me and appreciate a therapist who is ""real"" and ""down to earth"". I am transparent and may ask tough questions, not to upset, but to be that space for you in your healing process. I like to provide a lot of psychoeducation in my sessions so you and your child can understand the body/mind connection.
When I work with children, their safety and support are my number one concern. They are treated and spoken to with respect and dignity. We can play, talk, create, or sit in silence together; whatever is needed to help and encourage growth.
I love open communication throughout the treatment process and I am never here to judge...I'm here to work alongside you and your family. Always.
