Ashley is particularly passionate about supporting individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those impacted by trauma, grief, or substance use. Her experience includes working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including military veterans, first responders, and individuals with experience in adoption or foster care. Whether clients are facing life transitions, identity exploration, or persistent mental health symptoms, Ashley provides a safe, collaborative environment rooted in compassion and clinical insight. She integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a wide range of needs. Ashley also has a strong interest in treating psychosis and schizophrenia and approaches each individual with a strengths-based mindset that focuses on autonomy and dignity. Ashley creates a therapeutic space that acknowledges the realities of pain while fostering hope and growth. She recognizes that healing is rarely linear and works to ensure her clients feel both supported and empowered throughout their journey. Her warm, down-to-earth style allows clients to feel safe opening up about difficult topics while making meaningful progress toward their goals. Outside of her work at LifeStance Health, Ashley enjoys playing video games, spending time with her loved ones and fur babies, traveling, and playing mini golf.
